01
Our commitment
Beauty should be easy to shop for everyone. We want this store to be usable with a keyboard, a screen reader, magnification, or simply on a small phone in bright sunlight. Accessibility is treated as part of building the store, not an afterthought.
02
What we have implemented
- Semantic headings and landmark structure on every page.
- Descriptive alternative text for product and editorial imagery.
- Keyboard-reachable navigation, menus, drawers and forms with visible focus.
- Labelled form fields with clear, text-based error messages.
- Colour and type choices aimed at readable contrast, with text never carrying meaning by colour alone.
- Layouts that reflow on mobile without horizontal scrolling, and respect larger text sizes.
- Motion kept purposeful, and reduced automatically when your device requests reduced motion.
03
Known limitations
Some content comes from third parties — brand product photography, ingredient text and embedded social feeds — and we cannot always control its accessibility. Older content may not yet meet the standard we apply to new pages. We fix what we find and welcome reports.
04
Reporting a barrier
If something on this site is hard or impossible for you to use, please tell us: email [SUPPORT EMAIL], message us on WhatsApp, or use our contact page. Describe the page and what happened, and we will respond and offer an alternative way to complete your purchase in the meantime — including placing your order for you by phone or WhatsApp.
05
Ongoing improvement
We review accessibility as we add pages and features, and we treat reported barriers as bugs to be fixed rather than requests to be queued. This statement will be updated as the store improves.
