By browsing this store, creating an account or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the store. These terms are between you and [LEGAL BUSINESS NAME] (“Bluebird”), based in Port Said, Egypt.

You agree to use the store lawfully and in good faith. In particular, you will not:

• place orders using false, misleading or someone else’s details;
• attempt to gain access to accounts, data or systems that are not yours;
• copy, scrape or republish our photography, text or branding without permission;
• interfere with the operation or security of the store;
• resell products bought from us as new or authorised stock without our written consent.

We describe products as accurately as we can, but colour, texture and finish can appear differently on different screens and in different light. Product information, ingredient lists and packaging are supplied by brands and manufacturers and may change without notice. Stock is limited and may sell out between adding to bag and completing checkout; if an item becomes unavailable after you order, we will contact you to replace it or refund it.

Submitting an order is an offer to buy. A confirmation message acknowledges we received it — it does not by itself mean the order is accepted. The contract is formed when we confirm the order is being prepared for dispatch.

We may decline or cancel an order where:

• the item is out of stock or was priced incorrectly;
• payment cannot be verified;
• the delivery details are incomplete, unreachable or outside our delivery area;
• we reasonably suspect fraud or abuse.

All prices are shown in Egyptian Pounds (EGP). Prices may change at any time, but the price shown when you place your order is the price that applies to it. Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your governorate. If an obvious pricing error occurs, we will contact you before processing rather than silently charging a different amount.

Accepted payment methods, transfer verification and the receipt-upload step are described in our Payment Information page. Orders paid by bank or wallet transfer are dispatched after the transfer is verified.

Delivery areas, fees, the Port Said same-day rule and nationwide estimates are set out in our Shipping & Delivery policy. Estimates are estimates, not guarantees, and can be affected by weather, holidays and courier capacity.

Cosmetics are hygiene-sensitive, so returns are limited. Full eligibility rules, timeframes and the refund process are in our Returns & Refunds policy, which forms part of these terms.

You are responsible for keeping your account details and password confidential and for activity that happens under your account. Tell us immediately if you believe your account has been used without permission. We may suspend an account that is being used abusively or fraudulently.

The Bluebird name, logo, site design, original photography and written content belong to Bluebird or are used with permission. Brand names, product names and brand imagery belong to their respective owners. Nothing on this site transfers any of those rights to you.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Egyptian law, Bluebird is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the store, and our liability in connection with an order will not exceed the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Always patch-test products and read the manufacturer’s directions — see our Disclaimer.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, and any dispute will be subject to the competent Egyptian courts.

We may update these terms as the store evolves. The version in force at the time you place an order is the version that applies to it. The date at the top of this page shows the current version.
